Marc's grandparents and parents were business owners so he is passionate about building on this foundation. Marc's journey began as a teenager working in his family’s food and retail businesses. Marc has witnessed firsthand how the entrepreneurial spirit not only allows each person to create his/her own destiny but also provides long-term employment and advancement for dedicated team members.
As a seasoned executive, Marc leverages his cross-functional background in finance, business development, and operations to helping create enterprise value from the experts: knowledgeable team members.
Marc served as COO for Table Talk Pies, where he delivered record profit in just 5 months. He held operational and finance leadership roles with Brady Solutions, a PE backed manufacturer. Prior to Brady, Marc led strategy and business development New England Coffee / Reily Foods. Earlier in his career, Marc held finance, marketing, and operation roles for national restaurant and food brands.
Marc received an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a BS from Cornell University's Nolan School of Food & Hospitality Management.
Marc enjoys his days spending time with family and friends. He's happiest when playing sports with his kids, losing only a few balls on the golf course, and creating lasting memories with his spouse. Marc also enjoys quiet time reading mystery and thriller novels on a beach but especially likes all works by David Baldacci.
In addition, Marc is a former big brother and board member with Jewish Big Brothers and Sisters of Greater Boston. Marc also supports many local organizations and currently lives in Natick, MA with his wife Nancy and two children.
