The portrait on our home page is a multi-view image of Beit She'an, a biblical city in Israel. From 1989 to 1996, this town was excavated meaning the archaeological remains were exposed, processed and recorded. An excavation site or "dig" is the area being unearthed.
Prior to 1989, Beit She'an was just dirt and rocks aka 'Rubble' as visitors could not see the roads, buildings and coliseums. This picture is a great reminder that strategy, determination and daily execution are needed to uncover what is not visible to the naked eye.
Marc's grandfather emigrated from Poland in 1920, opened a variety store after he turn 19, and stayed in business for over 40 years. His grandparents also contributed to their community. Marc's parents and siblings are also entrepreneurs and community leaders.
Marc's grandfather aka "Mr. Fix It" and father aka "Mr. Fix It Jr" were given these nicknames due to their mechanical and electrical aptitude. While Marc has very limited mechanical and electrical talent, he carries on the family "Fix-It" legacy in business by unleashing sales and profit potential buried within data and dedicated team members.
